Each site gets one choice, not a stack. A revamp is a brand-new site that already includes security and ADA, so you don't add those on top. An in-place fix is the older site brought current where it sits.
NOTE: The RV sites share one build, so the first RV revamp is $9,000 and each additional RV site is $4,500 (Schroon is its own build).
